Any stay of 29 nights or longer. There's no maximum — some of our guests stay for several months.
Are utilities included in the price?
Yes. Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas are all included in your monthly rate. No surprise bills.
Can I bring my pet?
Many of our properties are pet-friendly. Check the listing details or reach out to us directly and we'll match you with the right home.
How much cheaper is a mid-term stay vs. booking nightly?
On average, our mid-term guests save around 35% compared to the equivalent nightly rate. The longer you stay, the more you save.
Is there a cleaning service during my stay?
We offer optional bi-weekly or weekly housekeeping add-ons. Just let us know what works for you when you book.
What if I need to extend or shorten my stay?
Life happens. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation.
